The person you thought you were doesn't exist anymore, your current reality doesn't make sense, and who you want to be feels out of reach. That internal disconnect takes everything out of you.

Weekly sessions are available in two formats:
Standard Session
50 Minutes
Ideal for consistent processing, nervous system check-ins, and gradual integration work. Most clients begin here.
Extended Session
90 Minutes
More space to process what's happening in your body and mind without rushing. Especially valuable when things feel particularly intense or chaotic.

What to Expect
This isn't quick work, and it isn't linear. Some weeks you'll feel you're making progress; others will feel like regression. Both are part of the process. We'll work at the pace your nervous system can tolerate, building capacity gradually rather than pushing through in ways that create further chaos and anxiety.
As your therapist, I understand that intellectual insight is great, but not enough; your body needs to learn new patterns of safety and that finding your grounded, authentic you happens as much through felt experience as through understanding. When we work with both your brain and your body, lasting change is possible
